News Body for Samsung Health Expands Seamless Access to Care, Anytime, Anywhere

Samsung Health’s latest updates offer a suite of new features developed in collaboration with leading health partners, enhancing access to professional care.1 The updates include new virtual visits with doctors through Find Care in partnership with HealthTap, inclusion of Walgreens in Health Records' prescription tracking, and a fresh guided fitness program from iFIT.

  • Skip the wait with virtual visits
Find Care, powered by HealthTap,2 lets users book virtual doctor visits directly from the Samsung Health app — offering a faster, more accessible alternative to in-person appointments.3 Users can also review upcoming appointments and ask follow-up questions through the new feature.
  • Enhanced prescription management
Samsung Health’s expanded Health Records feature will now allow users to connect directly with Walgreens4 pharmacies. This integration will help users more easily track their prescriptions, compare current and past medications, and allow users to stay on top of their overall health regimen — all within the app’s improved interface. Also, users can easily manage their medication as the prescription data from Health Records can be easily added to the medication tracker.
  • Expert-guided workouts anytime, anywhere
For fitness enthusiasts or anyone looking to stay active, Samsung Health’s new premium fitness content powered by iFIT5 brings expert-guided workouts straight to your smartphone. From high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and Pilates to recovery routines, users can access videos, organized into categories like trending workouts and seasonal recommendations.6

Starting September 8, the new features will progressively roll out in Samsung Health. Samsung remains dedicated to transforming healthcare’s future by expanding partnerships and leveraging innovative technologies to make preventative and connected care more accessible and convenient for everyone.
