Samsung Electronics’ MX Business Awarded Best Quality Management System Plant of the Year 2021
Leading certification body recognizes Samsung for outstanding quality management and operational practices
SEOUL, Korea – December 15, 2021 – Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. today announced its MX Business has been named as ‘Best Quality Management System Plant of the Year 2021’ by the leading certification body DQS Korea. This accolade recognizes the effectiveness of a quality management system for continuously meeting customer expectations and complying with the latest standards and regulations.

The recognition is the fruit of Samsung’s effort to improve the operation of its quality management system by establishing systematic response strategies across multiple processes, including development, sales, purchase, quality management and manufacturing. Business operators and regulatory authorities require quality management system certification when pursuing product approval, bidding or customs clearance.
